I tried to take my ID.4 in for recall work this morning. But, after driving 30 minutes to get there, I was told they had too much work from the prior day and they'd have to keep my car overnight. And they refused a loaner vehicle. So I cleared my day and drove all the way out there for nothing. When I'd made the appointment a week prior, they did not mention this. They also might have called yesterday to tell me they were backed up with work, but they did not. Terrible service.

My service rep Eddie was awesome. I was disappointed with my scheduling. I had a 7:15 appointment on Friday morning. I brought the car in at 3:30 on Thursday the night before. My car was not looked at until Monday around noon. The problem which I identified when I brought it in was confirmed by the technician. Then it took over 3 hours for Volkswagen to approve the service because I was a certified pre-owned car. Therefore they did not start working on my car until Tuesday. Great VW dealership. Ken went above and beyond to accommodate while I was late by 30 minutes and they were closing early on the Saturday. Took care of the routine maintenance of the beast aka Touareg. Thank You Ken
