Great VW dealership. Ken went above and beyond to accommodate while I was late by 30 minutes and they were closing early on the Saturday. Took care of the routine maintenance of the beast aka Touareg. Thank You Ken
Brought my new buzz in for service and noticeable noise in my headlamp fan, wire harness out of place for the rear door, and missing driver rug anchor. All was fixed expect the headlamp fan. I confirmed only one of the fans is making the noise, could be a wire or just a bad imbalanced fan. Service advisor Eddie says the noise is normal and was observed on another customers van.
