I had an outstanding experience getting my car serviced. The service manager Alexander Clements went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care and attention. He kept me updated throughout the process, explained things clearly, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. I truly appreciate the extra effort and will definitely return for future service needs.
They have had my car since 9/10/25 and I have not heard one word about it. I start a new job Monday and the service department is ghosting me about even a LOANER. I call at least three times a day, the mechanic puts no notes in the files so the people who answer the phone can’t answer my questions. The mechanic does not EVER and I do mean EVER EVER pick up when you call. Mark and hector are cool. Got my car back it was fixed by casper the ghost
Was having engine issues and I Got a diagnosis from my mechanic saying it was the fuel injector harness which was still under warranty. I called the Dealership and they confirmed this. Took my car in October 2024. Then they proceed to give me a different diagnosis. They said it was the intake manifold. Trusted them, paid close to 2k for said “repairs” . Continued to have issues days after I got my car back, took my car back but couldn’t leave it M-F as it was actually escalated to Volkswagen technical and I needed my car for... read more

Took in my vehicle today to get it repaired, was refused service was told to take my vehicle somewhere else since I knew so much there service rep Alexander was the one who told me this, it started off pretty well dude told me my repair would only take 3 hrs and about an hr and a half since checking my vehicle in he came back told me that the repair was going to take 2 days I ask him who and why his respond was they have to go thru all these test to fix it and that his most senior tech did not have the knowledge or experienc... read more
