If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I purchased my 2024 Atlas Cross Sport in September 2024 because my fiancé and I were planning to start a family and wanted a dependable vehicle that could handle the Arizona heat. Just three days after bringing it home, I had to return it due to screen pixelation issues. The screen was replaced twice, but the problem was never resolved. Anthony was great to work with. He was easy to talk to and a good listener. He explained exactly what would be done and when it would be ready. Jonathon worked on the car and corrected my problem. The two guys that drove me home and picked me up were very friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely take my car to them again.
The worst VW place you can go
I visited this dealership back in September the salesman Demetrius was amazing! I wasn’t able to get a car at that time due to my lease. I promised Demetrius when it was closer to return my lease I would be back. I’ve always loved the Volkswagon Atlas I have had my eye on it for years and I promised myself I would get this car for my 50th and hit it for my 49th bday!
