They were very efficient.
Great service. One of the service managers got back to me quickly, made sure I was set with a loaner car, and kept me posted on my repairs. I drive a bit further to go here but the service makes it worth it

As a home mechanic, I was hesitant at first to bring my Jetta TDI in for service but finally had to for some help on advanced diagnostics. Colton was very helpful and with diagnosing the issue and was willing to work with me on completing some of the work myself, and leaving the rest of to his Technicians. I now very much enjoy working with Jack VW as they are very transparent and willing to work with a DIYer like myself. highly reccomend.
