Jack's provided Oil change/filter, air filter change and filter change. My waiting was reasonable (1hr 20min). I was offered a loaner but chose to wait. The entire service was explained to me. The service manager was very knowledgeable and courteous.
They always explain very thoroughly and they’re thoughtful of your schedule. Wonderful customer service!
