The team was very friendly and made things very easy to have my car ready in time. Tyler was super helpful and kept me updated
I dropped my car off at Volkswagen in Saco to get an alignment everything was great until I went to go pick up my car and they told me they could Only align 3 of my wheels then proceeded to charge me full price!! and told me the Bolt on the rear toe was seized then they told me to replace it it was going to be $1480 to replace it and full price for another four wheel alignment I brought my car to my mechanic. He got the bolt loosened up. I will not be bringing my car back to Volkswagen in Saco!!!
