Guy was clueless about parts for my 2019 Jetta. Anything I asked him he said he would check and get back to me, guess what, never ever did I get a call back about any of the parts I was searching for. I wish I knew the guys name, but unfortunately didn't cross my mind to ask, as he had no name tag.
