Between my dad and I we bought five cars from this dealership, both new and used. Between sales, parts, maintenance and even selling back a car after my dad's passing, this dealership has exceeded expectations across the board. I have nothing but good things to say about VW Windsor. Over the last nine years they have maintained me and my family as loyal Volkswagen customers.

After much back and forth they were unable to fix or determine why my car was phantom braking. The service department is the most poorly run and lacks knowledge. Even though the issue has happened to the service manager they think nothing of it. The emergency brake comes on and hard stops the car feeling like I hit a wall. To most people this is unsafe but to VW this is normal. The manager has told me to take the car where I bought it. So a VW dealership service department can't handle a VW problem.
