Great service. Explained fully details of what was being done to my vehicle.
Had our Golf in this past week for 4 call backs and oil change. Service was on time and finished when they expected it.
I had my 2024 Atlas in for the first service, they did the oil change tire rotation was all good, but I had an issue, It is shaking when I hit the brake paddle. And it has been doing it since day one not bad, but I feel it shaking and also my wife, and I told them they sent a new mechanic new to Volkswagen dealer, worked at Hein’s before, the new employee had to take it for a test drive in Windsor on the bumpy Roads couldn’t feel anything so they did not fix it, not satisfied, I will post a video yet you can see how the stee... read more
