Normally I love leaving positive reviews. Unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about this dealership. If you didn’t purchase your car from them… good luck, that is their first question. They are almost impossible to schedule an appointment with that isn’t several weeks out. When you do finally get one scheduled after a month of trying, they will call and cancel it. We have to bring my car back for the FOURTH time for the check engine coming on (same issue everytime, same code pops up) The first time they told me I needed all new spark plugs (at 60,000 miles??) we paid $400 and had them all replaced. Check engine light back on within 24 hours of getting it back. Dropped it off again, told that I need an injector replaced. $1,400 covered by the extended warranty.
