They were supposed to fix two wires. They didn’t touch the car for a week. Then they broke the handle (a clip) and pretended that it didn’t happen. They were unable to put the trim back correctly so there was this huge gap at the back seat. Now, no one is available to make things right now! Talked me out of buying a VW!

Brought my car here a few months back for them to “recalibrate” my rear sensor so that my blind spot indicator would work on my mirrors. They made it seem like an easy fix so I was happy that it was something they could take care of. I left my car there without receiving a rental. A week goes by and I don’t hear a word from the service department so I go to get my car because obviously I need it to get around. I just took my son to pick up his truck after being serviced.
Awful experience at VW waco service department!!! Dropped of my VW Atlas on 8.26.23 with advisor Robert for check engine light on and as right now my vehicle is still at the shop and not repaired. It's fixing to be 2 whole months there and yet no one has return my phone calls and every time I call for an update I get the run around that advisor not there and to call back next day and next and next.
