I just bought a truck from this dealership. First, I wanted to use my own financing but they said they do not accept out of state financing. They said they could find me a comparable rate. They got me an offer of 8.5%, but my bank was offering me 4.79%. When I was called by the finance department to pay a deposit to hold the vehicle, I asked if I could have a copy of the buyers order to possibly find my own financing. The technicians seem to just replace parts until something finally fixes the problem. Good luck finding someone who can clearly communicate in English. I’ve been dealing with ongoing A/C issues for over a year. I was promised a rental vehicle multiple times but have yet to receive one. To make matters worse, my engine cover was removed two years ago, even though there wasn’t a recall for it at the time.
