The technicians seem to just replace parts until something finally fixes the problem. Good luck finding someone who can clearly communicate in English. I’ve been dealing with ongoing A/C issues for over a year. I was promised a rental vehicle multiple times but have yet to receive one. To make matters worse, my engine cover was removed two years ago, even though there wasn’t a recall for it at the time. Techs just throw parts till something resolves itself. Good luck speaking to anyone that can clearly articulate English. Ongoing ac issues for over a year. Promised a rental multiple times still haven’t received that. Engine cover was removed two years ago when there wasn’t even a recall for it. This dealer needs its vw status pulled absolutely garbage and so is the service manager.

Had to take my car in for yearly maintenance the front desk person was very professional. The wait time was great. My car drives good. Washing the car after the service would be a PLUS.
