I had a great shopping experience with Eric at VW of Streetsboro and the staff was friendly and pleasant to me. Eric helped me trade my 22 Tiguan for a 24 SE R line Tiguan. Eric was very knowledgeable and helped me set up all the tech stuff in the car,went over everything. If anyone looking for a car, I highly recommend Eric and the staff here at VW of Streetsboro. I had an issue with a warranty item and Scott DeFabbo made a frustrating situation tolerable by simply following through. I will never go to another VW dealer and I live an hour away. The best.
Took my car in 6 days ago. Remote start not working then check engine light came on. Was told after diagnosis that cost over 100.00 that the engine had a software update and would cost 109.00 to update as it is out of warranty and extended does not cover it. I was not happy as they are the one that has the update and I should not have to pay for it....but alas it is getting to be cold out I did not have a choice. Six days later MY REMOTE START DOES NOT WORK AND MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON!!!
