I would highly recommend this dealership to purchase a vehicle. They take their time and are never rushed for you to leave. I purchased my Honda Odyssey about two years ago. My credit was not the best but they didn't give up without a fight to help me out. Soon after I had my new vehicle I told my parents and they too went and purchased a car. The staff is amazing. A huge shout out to this dealership, esp to Ron who took his time and made sure I was leaving with a car! Thanks again!!
I used to like VW but the quality has declined in the past year and I will not be returning. The customer service sucks & I am not interested in continuing a consumer relationship with a company who is at fault for giving crappy products and makes you feel like you should appreciate them for fixing what they didn't do right the first time. Well my husband bought a 2008 mini cooper last Monday as we were test driving it my husband noticed engine light on and airbag light on we told them they gave us a loaner for the night we went the next day cause they said they fixed it and again airbag light and now seat belt light is on again so we went back next day by now it's thusday we hsve not heard anything from them about the car except when we call they still haven't taken the car to mini dealership..And this guy Robert fisher is getting on my last dam nerves ..
They lie!!! Me & boyfriend had cash to buy brand new cars. They lost our business we both paid cash for our brand new vehicles 4 months apart. Prestige of Turnersville got my boyfriends business CASH brand new car!! He got a Jetta I ended up buying a Nisan brand new CASH!!!
I had a great buying experience with them for my tornado red 2015 gti and while going in for service at 10,000 mile check up was easy and fast
