Horrible dealership! The only bright spot was the awesome sales person Ben. Was held hostage for almost 2 hours with a finance guy who said he was not letting me leave without the warranty. He told me that my deductible would be $100, lies the deductible is $500. They stated it is with APEX however when I called APEX they had no record. Found out its with a company called Endurance they said this warranty totally is from and paid to dealer so I would have to speak to them about a refund. If I could give less than 1 star I would, totally RIPPED off my son on a used car. Adds $2200 of dealer crap and refuses to take off. Permaplate Protection is BS and they know it. I would never buy a car from here. I was looking to replace my Nissan Rogue at their sister dealership Nissan of Streetsboro, but after this experience I will buy it elsewhere.

We purchased a car from them and they did not process the paperwork to register the vehicle. We called multiple times and they eventually found the paperwork on a desk. Then my state needed a “zero balance” receipt. Tony, the sales rep who took my call, said he had never heard of it and could not help me. Hello, so if you want to taken advantage of go to Chapman Volkswagen , they will be happy to sell you a vehicle at less then half its vale for double the price of what the vehicle is actually worth for Veterans Appreciation day . they sold me a 2011 Dodge Big Horn Dakota that way and within 3 months I replaced the water pump , radiator , transmission, and front brake rotors . Beware. Listed prices are not real. They will add on $3,500 in fees. Do yourself a favor. Look for a more honest dealer.
