Big regret! I purchased a used car (Cadillac Escalade ) from the Steve White VW car lot. I did not take the car to the service shop to have the car looked over. The salesperson did state I had the option to do so. The car looks great and run well that day. Hiley VW of Huntsville doesn't stand behind their warranties especially if you purchase your VW from another dealer!!! I was told by Manager he wouldn't work with me regarding my issues with car because I didn't buy car from Hiley. I was told car was wrecked and refused to repair. This went on for 3 years. I wanted to take the time to write about the wonderful service we experienced at the Prestige Volkswagen of Stamford. We worked with Phil the General manager as well as Tammy Philips our salesperson. Tammy spent hours explaining everything and letting us try different cars. She had such a lovely disposition. We really liked working with her. I highly recommend Tammy if you're looking at the Stamford Volkswagen location!!!
Everyone was very friendly and helpful and made purchasing my VW very easy and explained all the paperwork to me as well as all the features on the car and how they worked. Would recommend them to anyoone wanting a VW.
this VW dealership reneged from an agreement I had with them last night - including approval on financing pending the trade in of my daughter’s 2017 VW Beetle. Talk about double-talk and a terrible sales ethic - I would NOT buy a car, get my vehicle serviced here, or trust this dealership even if they offered me a car for FREE! Was planning on buying a Volvo s90. Internet Dealer, tells me i have to pay for additional warranty, sense the car was certified, makes no sense because the car still had factory warranty. SCAM DON'T PAY FROM THEM!!!!!
Matthews Volkswagen of Vestal, we purchased out Volkswagen new at this dealership. We took our vehicle in for a required oil change (message center displayed oil change required,) and I asked for a tire rotation. I waited over and hour for the vehicle to be completed, and they did not rotate the tires. I Drove away thinking all was good.
