I had a horrible experience at this Volkswagen. I began to have something wrong with my air conditioning and therefore went to dealership and was told it could be the ventilator and also clearly told that it would be covered by the warranty. On the same day I was told make an appointment so they could fix the problem. But when I came in for my appointment they told me I have to pay out of pocket even though previously I was told it was covered and they proceeded to give me an appointment.
