The worst ever service! I was promised the best product ID 4 PRO S with the best service but received neither! Once the transaction happened the sales manager and sales person showed me the door. If buying a new car is a major acquisition for you shop elsewhere. The after sales service is appalling. It feels like they take your money and show you the door.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience I had a lackluster experience during my recent visit. I came in to drop off my loaner and pick up my car. The service advisor handling my file was with another customer, which I completely understand.
