If I could give zero stars, I would. I was trying to buy a car from out of town and was told in the morning that it was available. They promised to call me back with the full pricing details, but I never heard from them. I tried calling them twice during the day with no response. When I finally followed up at the end of the day, I found out they had sold the car out from under me—after I had already told them I was ready to buy. shaddy folks. selling old junk for the price of new cars. Charging 2x the blue book value for many of their cars. No wonder why cars sit on their lots of years.
My first visit to Volkswagen of Richmond was a two thumbs up experience! Derek took good care of me and my car was completed when promised and the car wash was also thorough… even the door sills got cleaned. Also liked the video sent by the technician, very helpful. The Uber drop off and pick up was perfect too!
Absolutely loved the service from our sales guy Deep, and finance lady Coco! Deep went above and beyond to make sure we got this truck. He was fast, polite, and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we got this truck when other sales people didn't seem to care to much. Coco had to have been the nicest finance person I have ever dealt with! Recently got a new 2025 Taos from Garrison Chen. I decided on it after test driving a couple of other pre-owned cars. He was very friendly and helpful and took his time to explain the features of the cars and answer all my questions and concerns.
