The dealership knowingly allowed me to travel from Vancouver Island and sit in their showroom for 1.5 hours with my 5-year-old child waiting on a truck that they already knew had not completed inspection and could not be driven home. That information was never disclosed before I spent money and time travelling. Customers deserve honesty and transparency, especially when they are travelling long distances.
