All around excellent experience! We decided to drive 2 hrs from Southeast Alabama to Panama City because of the horrible service experience we had with our local VW dealer. When you call and book your service appointment, you will be routed through a call center in Texas. The call center was friendly, but gave us a time estimate for the service that was unrealistic. 4/4 Because of my (Kayla Johnson) review, we were told today that their hands were tied. The local dealership cannot purchase the car back or replace it because their superiors or owner won’t allow them? The GM has offered to help with insurance. For 10 months now we’ve been paying for a car we can’t drive, yet my frustration seems so incomprehensible. I want to give a big shout out to Mark and Michelle. My car broke down while on a weekend trip from Ohio and my car broke down. The rental car company was closed so they gave me a loaner for the weekend and on Monday got me a rental. They had no budget left to get me a rental but knew I had to get home. They were so kind and accommodating even when I was not so nice and putting my frustration on them. The kept me apprised along the way and fingers crossed my car gets delivered to me today or tomorrow.
