Omg what a nightmare took my car in for service on an engine light was told part is on hold & my car could be on hold for 2mnths I am terrified! how do I get around and they have no loners wth!! I'm on disability.can someone please please help me out this nightmare everyday it's something..Geraldo is very nice with getting back to you about what's going on and helping..I can't believe this is happening..I feel scared 😳
The worst,was lied too,my car was defective Within 15 days and 500 mile,brought it back For repairs and MJ (Manger ) tried tell me I couldn't get My money or take my car for repair for 3 or more days without given me A loaner car,then want to repair my car from My warranty with a $500 deductible,I'm still In the 15 day 500 mile ILL. Law! WoW
