Great service, Frank Madrid always going above and beyond for customer satisfaction, he always has the best attitude and very professional.
Sweeping problems under the rug is a reoccurring issue here. Service department is unreliable and I would not trust Travis nor Anthony with your concerns. Terrible representation of the VW brand.
