Brought my car in today for the second time due to a rattling noise coming from the driver side door when car is in motion, the service agent sent me with a guy whom she told me was a technician for a 5 miles ride to confirm the noise for the second time! After coming back from the ride and confirming the noise, I was told to wait and I waited for about 2 hours! I live VWs, but they sure are expensive to fix
I’ve always been skeptical of the dealership. Only going there once to buy a car. I would never in a million years think about getting my vehicle serviced by one. Well this place changed my thoughts. Their service department is amazing. Fair and honest staff, extremely knowledgeable and friendly too! Prices may be a bit higher then an independent shop but for once I feel comfortable letting them work on my car! For as long as I own my Volkswagen I will continue to get it serviced here at VW Moon!
The REPAIR services are completed with the knowledge and fairness of Francis, the Service Executive Director, and it is comforting to know that my car is in good hands.
