I got my vehicle from here! Love Volkswagen in Marion, IL. It’s been 2+ years and I will continue to go to them for my services on my vehicle! Very professional and polite! The receptions are wonderful! I have always got excellent services from them. From oil change, wheel alignment, to buying parts for VW!! I recommend them! The prices great but that means they are making sure their job is done professionally and completely right! I never had to return because of a part was left off my vehicle or anything!! Love them!
This dealership has always taken care of me, i purchased my vehicle from this location. I recently hit a deer and needed some software updates to complete my claim. My body shop towed my car here for this and they were to leave my key for the tow truck driver to pick up after hours. They failed to do so and offered to put gas in the car and drive it back. They proceeded to break my gas door lid off stating it would not open without permission and then tried to call me to charge me $3xx something dollars for their mishap. I h... read more
