I brought my car in for routine maintenance. Oil change and tire rotation. During the inspection it was discovered I needed a replacement air filter and timimg belt and several other repairs. I’m glad they were discovered before I broke down on the road somewhere which it was getting close to. The service department is the nicest and most considerate I have ever dealt with. They are always busy which I’m sure that’s why. I would always recommend VW of Marion. Just a side note: my mpg improved after replacing the air filter. ... read more
Customer care services were good, all my questions attended to. I gave a 4 star because the day before I called to book an appointment and I was told somebody will call me back the following day morning but unfortunately nobody called till afternoon when I decided to walk in but I’m glad that I was still attended to
I have always loved German automobiles and have had VWs since the early 1980s. The folks at Marion VW are the best. A big shout out to Wyatt Crain!!! He is the technician that keeps my VW in perfect condition.
I had an outstanding experience here at the service center. The service manager, Travis, went above and beyond—he was incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and made sure everything was done right the first time. His clear communication and attention to detail really stood out. I felt confident leaving my vehicle in his hands, and the results speak for themselves. Highly recommend this place—especially if Travis is handling your service!
