The service member that I was in contact with which was Sierra, was very informative and informational. She did an outstanding job explaining the needed repairs and process of the repairs. I appreciate this level of service.
The Marion VW service dept. is the best. Ask for Sierra, she’s the best at handling your issue. I was having an issue with my 2018 Beetle. We took it there and I was worried that it was going to be expensive. It didn’t take them long to discover the problem, they fixed it. Didn’t charge us anything. They are good at what they do. I would recommend this dealer.
All of the warranty items were addressed in a timely manner.
Most professional & organized dealership I’ve ever visited or used. Will be using them from now on!
