As always they do a thorough review of the car, complementary car wash And video of the undercarriage along with the discussion of upcoming service items.
The staff was great. My only issue was the time required for an oil change and vehicle inspection. I had an 9:30am appointment and was waited for an 1 1/2 hours before the car was ready.
I arrived at 12:30 for a basic oil change. The guy was sitting there, tried to talk me into buying more services. 100$ for a cabin air filter and 350+ for a new battery for my car. All on top of a 150$ oil change, which is very expensive compared to other places. I declined the extra services and only got the basic oil change. He told me to sit in the waiting area. 2 HOURS later it was finally done. It shouldn’t take 2 hours for a simple oil change. This place is overpriced with slow service. This is why I am giving 2 stars.
