My car was brought in for an emergency service. It was repaired, but they made mistakes while connecting the engine wiring, so I had to go to the service same day I picked my car up from them. Communication was slow and they didn’t call me when my car was dropped off by a tow truck even though they promised to. Nice coffee and soda machines. Convenient seating in the waiting area.

Traded a car in told them I didn’t have the tittle explain to them the situation they said don’t worry about it just get lean release letter I did overnighted the letter between Roco and jimmy communications is lacking this is why I hate dealing with dealerships say what you will about CarMax and carvana but at least they answer the phone and communicate seems like dealerships after making a deal they disregard the customers at least this has been my experience so far with volks wagons of Chicago

Either incompetent or liars. Went in to see a used car (2015 CR-V) - listed at $14,750. Got down to pricing, and I told the sales rep that I can do 16k OUT THE DOOR. He spoke to his manager, and they agreed. I checked to make sure, "If I came in with cash, I would give you $16k, and you would give me the car, right?" They agreed. Several hours later, he shows up with the paperwork, and now they want 16k, PLUS taxes and fees (making it about $18,500).
