Emre (sales) and Rafael (finance) are the best duo ever!!! I had one of the most amazing car buying experiences ever at VW of Downtown Chicago. Very knowledgeable and worked with us every step of the way. I highly recommend.

UPDATE: my previous review gave this dealership 2 stars. I came back to give an update due to the sales manager Julian contacting me to apologize for the inconveniences I ensured during my process of purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Julian for caring enough to address my concerns!
My car was brought in for an emergency service. It was repaired, but they made mistakes while connecting the engine wiring, so I had to go to the service same day I picked my car up from them. Communication was slow and they didn’t call me when my car was dropped off by a tow truck even though they promised to. Nice coffee and soda machines. Convenient seating in the waiting area.
