Not sure what changed but I found the new folks and attitude at the service department OUTSTANDING. I had issues before with the previous staff and service, but the last two times were great experiences. Work was done in a timely manner, correctly the first time and the new video of the service was a nice added feature. Keep up the good work and thanks for striving to fix the service department.
Stay clear if you can. We were down in Corpus Christi for the weekend and had a battery issue. We brought the car in on a Saturday, they said it may be fixed today, but definetly Monday, which was fine. However, throughout the whole experience, we were left completely in the dark on what was going on with the car, even though they knew our situation, having to pay additional nights at a hotel 6-7 times we were told they will call back in 5 minutes and never did.
