After being assured by management that the entire service team was purged and replaced when initially buying a new vehicle, I can assure you this location is full of nothing but lies and incompetentce. The entire service team is unorganized, unprofessional, and incapable.

They apparently tried 3 times to change the oil in my husband's electric vehicle, had the car for over 24h without calling him to say that it was ready- he had to call 3 separate times and each time Miranda was clueless about him or his vehicle. When he asked about the recalls on his car, she wasn't even aware that there were recalls- one of which is a fire hazard. And as soon as he picked it up, it reads that all 4 tires have pressure loss! Turns out they didn't rotate his tired correctly; they just rotated them clockwise.
Not sure what changed but I found the new folks and attitude at the service department OUTSTANDING. I had issues before with the previous staff and service, but the last two times were great experiences. Work was done in a timely manner, correctly the first time and the new video of the service was a nice added feature. Keep up the good work and thanks for striving to fix the service department.
