The parts department kind of tells you a story that they're going to have a part in and two days and they don't actually order till the next day but then it doesn't come in on the day that they said nor the next day after that. It's a wonderful run around in a merry-ground world that they have going on here! I won't be returning for ANYTHING AT ALL in the future. Staff and facility very nice but service "diagnosis fee" is to high and unfair to flat rate as they do in my opinion. But what do you exist when you take your car to a dealer. However, they will price match oil changesso you don't feel robbed in that regard.
