I have a 2022 VW Tiguan with right at 30,000 miles and it has been the worst purchase of my life. It is smoking and using about a quart of oil every 100 miles. The dealer said they found metal shavings in the engine and that the valves were practically worn away. I have been told by multiple people working here that it needs a new engine VW refuses to replace my engine Under Warrenty. As of today it has been at the dealer for 69 days.
John and the service team always take care of our VWs! Best shop in southern Indiana and definitely more friendly than the VWs in Louisville
I have never had a bad experience at Clarksville’s VW dealership. I purchased my current vehicle there and have been taking vehicles there for service for over 10 years. The service is always friendly. They also added a live video of your vehicle while it is being serviced. The only thing I wish didn’t change so often is the staff. I like to build relationships with whomever takes care of my car, but I appreciate that they always make me feel welcome. John Bishop is great and I hope he stays around for a while.
