Absolutely the worst! Avoid this place at all cost.
the building looks like some ancient run down warehouse that they converted into a automotive service dept decrepit and dirty looking, this place is very unbecoming for a dealer service dept

This location is permanently closed, Bay Ridge is the only VW service in Brooklyn. It now takes 2 weeks to get an appointment @ the Bay Ridge location when it used to be 2 days.
