Needed a new tire on my new to me id4. They got me in and out. Even went the extra mile to get it done in one day so I could take my car on a trip scheduled for the next day. Jack was awesome.
Had a bit of a stressful car issue take place and had to be towed to VW to have my car worked on. Jack was waiting to greet me when I arrived, had a loaner car ready, and kept me informed and updated through the repair process. He was wonderful to work with, a true professional and went above & beyond to help.
