I have only good things to say about this dealership as of Nov 2025 when Hilda Gomez and Joseph in VW Service saved my sorry (self ; )) on a rainy, cold day when my very new ID4 refused to release from a ChargePoint station and Ihad exhaused all other options. Joe came to me and magically got the plug to let go (when the owner's manual and U-tube techniques, emegency release, and a full power station shutdown by ChargePoint could not).
