Penske Volkswagen North Scottsdale has the best service department of any dealership I have ever used to service my vehicle. Tim has been my service rep for the last eight years and I know with his oversight, my car is well taken care of. Thank you Tim and thank you to the whole Service department team.
Service was oil change. Service writer John Thames is the best. Service was good and thorough but unfortunately the pricing is most likely going to keep.me.from having them.done at the dealership anymore. $175.00 for an oil change is just too rich for me anymore. But if the price dosent concern you the dealership is a great choice.
I didn't buy my car at a Volkswagen dealership but I needed to get service so I took it to the nearest one near my house which was Volkswagen North Scottsdale. My service guy Gabe was amazing I've dealt with a lot of other service departments with previous cars and he is wonderful with customer service he explains things patient he's responsive.
