Update from below: After providing feedback to Volkswagen Canada, I was contacted by the Dealer, who was able to work out a resolution for us. despite their policy of no refunds on electronics, they graciously provided a refund. Previously: As others have mentioned, I have reason not to trust the service of this garage. They agreed to send me a rare part. When it arrived, my local dealership verified that it was not the part ordered. These guys insist it is the correct part, but the codes on the parts do not match the VW cat... read more

As others have mentioned, I have reason not to trust the service of this garage. They agreed to send me a rare part. When it arrived, my local dealership verified that it was not the part ordered. These guys insist it is the correct part, but the codes on the parts do not match the VW catalogue.
