We encountered an engine related issue with our out of warranty Tiguan while on a vacation trip. We were near Moncton so had to stop for urgent service. Upon arrival Chris Blacklock in service treated us as very special customers. The service was thorough, super friendly and well explained. Chris was amazing -- very helpful and accommodating. Moncton VW treats it's customers right!
