Been going to the service department for my jetta for about 4 years. Went today for a 11am appointment( showed up early). It took 3 hours for a oil change, tire value fix, and a yearly inspection (nearly 400$) After the 3 hours guy came out and said inspection failed because of breaks and rotors that they want almost 1300$ for. I was expected to wait 2 more hours for fix. Apparently my time is not very valuable or worth apologizing for wasting.
