Of all VW dealership in the northern region of mtl, this is by far the worst place. Service counter doesn't try to solve issues with brand new car if there is no error code. Staff members have attitude like they were selling you Jaguars. Just go for a visit, you'll find that you are disturbing them just by walking in. They need new management, it's been like this for years at this place.
