I’m extremely disappointed with VW Canada’s lack of support. I reached out with a legitimate complaint about Barrie VW, only to be told that because the dealership is “privately owned”, there is nothing they can do besides forwarding my complaint. They also said they cannot provide any timeline for when OR IF the dealership will contact me. This is unacceptable for a brand of this size.
