Do yourself a favour and DO NOT BUY A VW! Most unsupportive Vehicle manufacturer I have ever dealt with. Having owned Mazda's, Fords and Toyotas I have never had half the issues I have had with this company. We had an issue with a second hand vehicle we purchased which is in excellent condition and low KM's for the year. Took it to a dealership for standard service, no issues at the time, was told would be approx. $460 in total and had a call telling us it would be around 5K. Worst customer service, managers do not call back. You ask to speak to a leader and get told there are no managers on. No accountability or ownership taken by the company for their faulty cars. Transmission went within 3years and then the shifter cable. Shocking mechanics. If I had an old car I would understand the breakdowns. Unacceptable. Total disappointment.
