2013 Jetta Wagon TDI. Had a few large maintenance items taken care of at Step One VW. Service Manager, Juan communicated with me throughout the entire process. He tracked the progress very closely, sent pictures and updates. No complaints. Would absolutely bring my VW back to Juan for any future maintenance
Absolutely terrible. Had a 9:30am appointment set, not a single soul was there in line for service, car didn’t get in until around 1pm, I get it back only to hear that Volkswagen said they’re not going to cover the AIRBAG error fix (TWO error codes popped up on their DIAG) because they did a manual test and it worked out? Sounds like a lawsuit on their hands if I ever get in a car accident!
