Great service and friendly staff. The only gripe I have is that they provided me with service recommendations that they have already been completed in recent visits. Not sure why they don’t look at your vehicles service history when they are the only shop you have used to service the vehicle.
I went to get a diagnostic completed because my check engine light was on and I was charged over 200 dollars. I understand it is a dealership which is why I am assuming they charged so much, but now I know to go to a local Autoshop such as AutoZone where they complete it for free.
This dealership takes good care of my 2015 Beetle and me. Being mindful it’s a foreign car, this is the only garage I’ll trust with my baby. Very thorough and so far they have gotten it right every time. A convertible Bug in the Florida Panhandle is a blast, and VW FWB keeps us rolling!
