Great buying experience. From initial enquiry right through to picking up the car. Can't fault the professionalism of both Chris and Garreth. They kept us up to date with every aspect of the sale. Dealt with transferring our cherished plate and organised our replacement plates. A credit to Edwin May dealership. Can't recommend this dealership enough. Customer care exceptional.
The main entrance is easy enough to find, but once you have squeezed your car between the hundreds of cars for sale, finding something like the service desk is almost impossible. We were sent all over the property, down one ramp, up another, and each employee we spoke to sent us somewhere else. We wasted half an hour doing this, only for us to finally discover that the service desk was in the same area that we had first entered, and finally, for them to show no interest whatsoever in our problem.
Edwin May has provided again the fantastic delivery of a fabulous new Golf!!! I really love it!!! Thank you to Johnny for all your expert advice and help!!! All the team members in Edwin May are top at their jobs, very pleasant and friendly!!! I wouldn't go any where else, 10/10, 5 star rating!!! Definitely would highly recommend Edwin May to anyone!!!
