I recently took my Volkswagen Polo to Denlo Volkswagen for its third service, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional, attentive, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. The service was completed efficiently, and they kept me informed throughout the process. The quality of care and attention to detail was exceptional, making this one of the best service centers I have ever visited. Highly recommend Denlo Volkswagen for their outstanding service!!!
Michael is a legend! From dropping off the car, to the phone updates throughout the day, he was super informative and offered very honest advice. When a major issue was discovered, requiring 4 weeks for a part to be delivered, he proactively organised a loan car. I was absolutely blown away when he called me with the news; which would have been very stressful if he didn’t already think ahead and already put into motion getting the loan car. I’m really impressed with the customer service!
