This is a long one — I called for a tire change at the beginning of November and they said to bring it in on the 28th at 10 am for the day (one month!). They confirmed I would have someone drive me home and back. I was also told the shuttle stops at 3 pm, but if my car was not ready someone would pick me up before and I'd wait at the dealership.
