Our Tiguan has the common problem of a worn ignition key barrel/steering lock. I called up wishing to speak with someone from the service department for some advice and a ball park figure on how much it would cost to replace/repair the ignition key assembly on our Tiguan. The young lady I spoke with was quite nice and friendly, after a short discussion she went off to get the Service advisor. However the Service advisor would not come to the phone and speak with me.
