Came in here for a quote, Mark never mentioned cost. told me my car was rooted and the quote was $200, which was NOT discussed prior. Then made me pay cash? Took it to another mechanic that said it was fine. I'd like a bloody refund please.

Dodge service.He investigated the vehicle and can't provide a quote to repair then charged me $200. i must pay to be able to take my car back unfixed. i ended up having to pay by cash as he refused to take credit card and no receipt given. Stay away from this place guys!
So I recently got that VW Caddy registered, you know the one you told me had a VIV and was rusted head to toe and would never get a roadworthy?
