OMG STAY AWAY! They will lie to you dead to your face. They’ll borderline assault you if you dare question all the service advisors so have HCSO on speed dial. Alex Feliciano is the absolute worst; this man not only lied about not servicing one of our fleet vehicles he tried to physically rip the service report from my hands because it shows and validates his incompetence and lies. We’ve had to get our attorneys involved as of today because of this man’s behavior and attempted assault.
I brought my car in for a warranty repair. The problem was identified, and they kept the car for a month. They replaced some bolts, but it didn’t fix the issue. Then they handed the car back with a smile, saying that the knocking sounds in the differential and drive shaft are “normal.
I went to VW Brandon because my switch to roll down my windows was broken. I arrived at 730am. I have a platinum extended warranty that they didn't even call about until I had already been there for 3 hours. Nobody came to tell me anything while I sat in the lobby. I was sent a video of the inspection done. I was literally 30 feet away from the service shop. Then I was informed that my platinum warranty was only going to cover $175 of my apparently $500 cost. Do not do business with VW Brandon. I have bought 13 news cars from dealers in the past 20 years and VW Brandon is the only dealer that has ever scammed me. They have lied to me and ripped me off. There are many other VW dealers in the Tampa area, go somewhere else. They tried to rip me off in 2 different ways costing me $1,500. They admitted to what they did, promised to pay me back for the "misunderstanding" or "miscommunication" but never did. They lied to me over and over and never made it right.
