If you are looking for a mediocre experience, then this is the place for you. Mechanics did a great job however the Service Representative experience was extremely poor. Reached out to upper management and zero response. They do not value customer satisfaction at all. Another business that is just looking at the bottom line and doesn’t care about customers. Will not be back and will go out of my way for service on my car and will look for a new dealership to purchase my new car.
Just go to north Tampa vw save yourself the trouble..my golf had electrical issues and was at the Brandon location for 10 days there no communication no solution..took it to north Tampa they figured it out in two days
