SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO LUNDE VW PEORIA! I brought my vehicle in at my scheduled appointment time with an OBD scanned code for the issue, waited 30 minutes to be attended, then waited 6 DAYS with NO UPDATES on my vehicle's progress. I thought, "Wow, my car is in bad shape..." NO! I walked in on the 6th day to the service rep saying IT HAS NOT BEEN TOUCHED YET... ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. She then proceeded to say "Too many vehicles, not enough technicians🤷♀️" Then why have appointments available?! I immediately took the keys... read more
Not the best experience wont bad mouth them but I will never buy a vehicle from this company in general ,need to reboot whole structure of customer service because without us there will be no you.
