If I could give zero stars I would!! Service received was terrible. Got an oil change and a transmission flush two VERY important services for a car, just to find out after the car is now leaking, my car was not leaking anything prior to LHMV- Avondale touching it! Mind you this same thing happened our last oil change with them and we had to take it back. This is ridiculous and such an inconvenience to have to keep taking a vehicle back to someone that you paid for a service to be done right the first time. I tried to give t... read more
Great customer service.
Supremely frustrated by this shop. Twice in a row I've made an appointment and selected "I'll wait at the dealer" in the myVW app only to arrive and get told it's going to take multiple days to do the service. Either provide the courtesy of a phone call to explain that ahead of time or remove the option to stay at the dealer while service is performed.
Not an issue with service however, I was just informed you updated your computer systems and I lost the 2 oil changes on my account. I noticed I wasn’t the only person with that issue. I know he didn’t charge me for the oil change but I’m still missing one. Unsure if I will return for service
Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and an engine diagnostic on our VW. After 2 hrs the oil change was completed and we were told we would have to leave the car for 2 days to have the diagnostic done. Very frustrated as we live 2.5hrs from the dealership and had scheduled this appointment for the oil change and the engine diagnostic. Had they at least pulled the codes and told us that they needed additional time, it would have been understandable.
