We are on our road trip from Phoenix to Chicago and stopping in Houston for a few nights, so we don’t have much time waiting around. Car engine signs blinking on around 3pm on Tuesday. First, we called another VW dealership service but they won’t be able to check our car until Monday the following week. Best mechanic for my Volkswagen Tiguan. I didn’t realize you had to reset the computer when you need a battery changed. They got me in and out in less than an hour without an appointment. Great pricing and the owner Andre is amazing!

I am so glad and pleased that I took my VW GLI Jetta to America Repair Car Center. I received great repairs at a fair and reasonable cost. I am a woman who (although married) takes care of the repairs and maintenance of my car on my own. I put off these repairs just because I did not want to deal with the repair center. That was not an issue with America Repair Center. They were able to complete the repairs on a VW in one day!! Also, the owner shared repairs I need but were not urgent. Andre and his team are consistently honest, fair, and straightforward. They take the time to thoroughly check out any issue and give clear feedback without upselling or pushing unnecessary repairs — which is rare and deeply appreciated. Pricing is fair, and the service feels trustworthy. It’s usually easiest to drop your car off, but if you need to wait, it’s perfectly manageable — just bring a book or catch the soccer game while they work. Highly recommend.

I took my 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan to get a coolant leak fixed and they over charged me $1100. I had no choice but to get it here because they work with vw cars. The problem is they never fixed it correctly and the car kept leaking after a couple of use. I spoke to the guy on the phone and he cursed me out and started yelling at me, he was very unprofessional. So pretty much I lost $1100 and my car still didn’t get fixed.
