Took my vehicle in for service and asked them to check the struts. Got my vehicle back, the wheels out of alignment, cruise control has been deactivated and they didn't bother filling the tires. Look into upping your quality standards.
My wife and I had an excellent experience with Lancaster Autohaus. Barbara Auker provided excellent service, and made us feel very comfortable. We would highly recommend her and her team, and will be returning. James was also very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining all of the new features. Overall we were very impressed with their team as a whole.
Terrible service. I drove to trade my car for a new one. They falsified information. I called Porsche and complained. The manager was supposed to follow up with me and they never have to this day. Very dishonest to elsewhere. The person I worked with was dean fry. Very rude and dishonest.
2026 update: taking off 2 stars because no one answered the phone in the service dept! This is a big operation.. this should never happen during normal business hours (I called at 2:30pm on a Wednesday). I also tried to book online, but none of the options offered matched the service I needed. Great service! Went for the first time for my EV's 10k mile service. They noticed that the car would need inspection soon, so went ahead and did that in addition to the other services needed. Friendly and fast.
Every step of my experience with this dealership was beyond five stars. I located a vehicle on cars.com, inquired, communication was seamless. The price was exceptional and the vehicle was in top shape. Chuck and Ian made the purchase super smooth. They were extremely transparent with the pricing. There were exactly zero surprises when I showed up to buy the vehicle after driving for a couple of hours, and I closed the deal in just under an hour.
