Very good customer service. Always done on time and quality service with products.
Have tried calling and emailing multiple times in the last month to enquire about a quote however their phone line is just an automated response telling you to send an email, after which I have not received a reply in over a month despite your automated phone recording saying you will respond in 48 hours.
I highly recommend Volkstech. Robert, Manny and the team did a fantastic job on my car. Robert’s expertise in Volkswagen Group vehicles is outstanding — he took the time to clearly explain the issues and what needs to be fixed. His deep technical knowledge and honest advice gave me complete confidence in the work being done. He truly understands what tends to go wrong with these cars and how to keep them running at their best. Excellent service from a team that knows their craft !

Manny, Rob and their team go above and beyond with their expert advice, specialist knowledge and reliable services. Such a talented and thorough team with a meticulous skillset. Can't recommend Volkstech any higher. And possibly the cleanest workshop I've ever seen!
