Great professional service and expertise highly recommend.
Helpful customer service from start to finish, detailed description of repair work, brief wait time for bookings. Another place I was going to was 2-3 weeks wait and you had to make sure you booked a loan car or you missed out. You guys have plenty of loan cars for customers, which is awesome. First time customer, 100% satisfied with the overall service.
I have never come across such poor communication from any company I have dealt with, after going to the company to understand a engine light issue we paid for an investigation report to be carried out and was told following the report they would call me to discuss the next steps and findings, several phone calls, I was promised someone would contact me, several emails later and still nothing, almost 1 year later I’ve given up, I can’t believe a company can just ignore emails or not even apologies for the delays, just silence... read more
