Son took car for repair…diagnosed problem but they say they can’t get part from their vendor…their solution is for me to take car somewhere else to repair it…charged me 120 bucks diagnostic fee..I’m gonna open up a business diagnosing cars but them telling customers to get it fixed somewhere else…lady told me owner would get back to me…never heard from him.
Called to set an appointment up for my TTS and the lady who picked up said they don't work on cars older than 2012. You would think that's something kind of important to know before driving in, good thing I called ahead.
