Huge inventory of spares for VW models. Staff were helpful and prices are very reasonable.
Purchased a very expensive (basically 50% of new cost) screen/radio unit for an older Passat. Once installed CD was faulty. Emailed x3 and eventually received a one word response to attend & get another unit. Due to distance from me I called and had an older gent tell me they have many in stock and he can't look to guarantee my model is there - which is what he would be doing if I actually attended. They like to sell, they don't like to follow through.
Picked up a spacesaver tyre / wheel from them, reasonable priced and reasonable delivery fee from SA to Brisbane. Tyre arrived in very good condition and very well packaged.
