Very unprofessional no peoples skills zero this Neil guy ,I asked him if he would use global warranty first he said no then changed his mind and agreed to ,then he changed his mind again to not deal with global warranty after the car sat there for 2 days , then I offered to pay him directly and he still didn’t want to do the job and he told me if I don’t pick up the car before 5 he will charge me 60 dollars a day I could not beleive how childish this Neil guy was ,my car sat there for 2 days wasted my time if I can give him ... read more
Owner literally told me:If you have no money why you come to my shop.Negotiate price before you drop in your vehicle.Or prepare for surprise.
Took my Volkswagen GLI in to have him overlook a brake issue. Left my car there overnight. He explained the issue very thoroughly when I came to pick it up. he told me the parts I need to have replaced and gave me very good options and ways to go about it. Definitely will be coming back in the future for service.
