Very helpful and friendly. Went out of his way to squeeze me in and take my car to a repair garage. Would definitely recommend him.
Very good service wasn't booked in.i was told to leave my vehicle or I could book in for Monday. I left vehicle with them . One and bit later was called to say my car was ready. Very happy with service and job do.
Can not reccomend Volks enough. My partners car flagged up with various faults yesterday and was distressed as they were for the ABS/ESC systems. Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with was very kind and polite. My expectations were managed as it was the Thursday before Good Friday and that their diary was booked for weeks, but to my surprise Volks managed to squeeze me in after diagnostics first thing and got our car back up and running within hours.
