I just wanted to say thank you to the team at Volks Home. I had my power steering replaced last September and today I had a fault with the new unit and the team replaced the faulty unit under warranty. No questions asked. I've never met a more dedicated team. Customer service is outstanding. Thanks again. 10 out of 10.

Had all my VWs serviced by the Volks Home team for past 8 years. Had my Amarok die on me without warning and got it towed to them. They were able to look it and diagnose the problem quickly. Was a faulty fuel tank pump. They attempted to repair the pump to try and save me some money. But ultimately had to be replaced. They called each time prior to commencing additional work, which is appreciated. They charged a very reasonable amount for the work and parts.
