Steve's customer service was great. I gave him all the relevant info and he was back to me within the hour with the part and at a great price with warranty. I rate these guys highly and will be recommending them to others for sure.
0 Stars.!!! Called at 2:00 pm about a part and was told they would call back within 30 minutes to confirm availability. After an hour with no call, I rang again and was told they would call back in 10 minutes. Another hour passed, so I called again and was told 15 minutes this time… and still no call back. Very poor communication and customer service. If you can’t be bothered just say so and I’ll look elsewhere instead of repeatedly promising a call back that never happens.
